Meet Me Underneath That Oklahoma Sky

When I first met Chelsea, I knew we were a perfect match! Her father had recently passed away, and with her family being out of state, I could tell she really needed someone to bring back the excitement in wedding planning. I remember her beginning to tear up in our meeting and I went over to her to just hold her and let her know everything will be okay. You see…as wedding planners we truly love our clients and we value the bond we form. We pour our hearts into making sure they have the best day ever, and we want our clients to know that you are not just another wedding…you are family to us. As your wedding planner, I want to be that friend for you to call, I want to be that shoulder to cry on, and I want to be there through the highs and lows as we go on this incredible journey together. I want to know your story, so that I can help create the best story of all. Chelsea and Zachary were such sweet duo. Zachary attended almost every appointment, and went above and beyond to help with his handy carpentry skills! He was always up for the challenge, and I could tell that the two of them had a perfect foundation for marriage. Thank you for trusting in Aisle Be With You to bring your wedding day vision to life. It was truly an honor, and I am thrilled to have been your wedding planner. x0x0- Ariana

Oh, and the best part is that I still get to see and enjoy wedding industry events with them because they both recently opened Chantilly Couture, a beautiful bridal boutique in Oklahoma City! Go check them out!

Jenn & Drew Say “I Do”

Jenn and Drew are two of the most kindhearted individuals I have met. I have known Jenn for over ten years and when she asked me to be her Wedding Planner and Matron of Honor, I knew we would be a fabulous team! Jenn is from a small town in Oklahoma called Okemah, and Drew is from Beaver, Oklahoma. The two of them met via online dating and now are embarking on their new adventure as newlyweds! Jennifer’s vision for her wedding was soft and romantic. She wanted a more traditional style to where it would always remain timeless. Her color palette included light pastels of mint, blush, ivory, and gold tones. One of the most important elements that the two of them wanted was that their dog, Bella, would be incorporated in the wedding ceremony. Bella walked down the aisle as cute as could be! The two of them said “I Do” in front of a beautiful and breathtaking arch designed by Tony Foss Flowers. The evening was filled with love, laughter, and happily ever after! Cheers to the new Mr. and Mrs. Drew Russell!

Autumn Romance

Deep Reds, Gold Tones, and Shades of Green were brought together to create this beautiful Oklahoma Fall Inspired Shoot. In Oklahoma, the Fall is the perfect time to say your I Dos. The only issue could be if you are a die-hard sports fan, but if you want seventy-degree weather, amazing color palettes and gorgeous blooms, then the Fall is the perfect time to tie the knot! I wanted to design a shoot that focused around color. At times, I come across clients who want to stick to a softer color palette, but I wanted to show others that incorporating color could still be romantic, classy, and sophisticated. The shoot took place in the fields of The Springs Event Venue in Edmond, Oklahoma. Michelle Leach with Magnolia Adams Photography and Rachel Dewberry with Dewberry Cinema, captured the day beautifully!

Blo Dry Bar in Oklahoma City did an amazing job on the models hair and makeup. The bridesmaid dresses and bridal gown were found at Prescott Bridals in Edmond, Oklahoma. The dresses were by Nouvelle Amsale in the colors Garnet and Forest Green. The chiffon overlay on the dresses added to the romance by creating an airy feel to the shoot. The colors of the bridesmaid dresses are seen throughout within the cake tiers, florals, and tablescape design. The Bridal Gown is by the designer, Tara Keely. The details in the ivory gold lace bodice, illusion scooped neckline, and the V back with cascading lace bodice was absolutely breathtaking! The asymmetrical tiered skirt with horsehair trim and chapel train added an organic flair to the gown. “Something Blue” was incorporated by the bottom soles of the Betsy Johnson heels that the bride wore.

The talented Allison Dake with Brown Egg Bakery designed the wedding cake and macaroon towers. She incorporated sugar flowers and twigs in an asymmetrical twist along the wedding cake. The warm colors are seen throughout the cake tiers along with adding a masculine tone with plaid and herringbone ribbon tied to the macaroon towers and the second tier. Pops of Glam are seen in the gold found in the brush strokes on the wedding cake and gold flakes that are perfectly sprinkled onto the towers. This cake is definitely unique and wonderful for anyone who wants to think outside the box!

The tablescape consisted of items from Marianne’s Rentals. The farmhouse table, bench, and Morgan Grey High Back Chairs, added natural warmth to the ambiance. The Alpine Gold Class Charger allowed the beautiful whitewashed plates to showcase the garnet colored napkins. We incorporated two different styles of glassware into the shoot to show that mixing patterns is wonderful way to create interest and detail. Rachel Kathryn Designs created the gorgeous watercolor menu cards and place cards to tie in the green and gold colors altogether. Rachel Kathryn was also responsible for the wedding signage and formal invitation suite. Bringing in a calligrapher really does bring in elegance to any setting.

The talented Poppy Lane Design did all the florals. The centerpiece on the table and bouquets were absolutely breathtaking. Flowers will complete any design, especially when you get to incorporate so many beautiful textures and colors in the mix! Overall, we wanted to design a shoot that showcased a collection of warm and deep tones while still remaining elegant and romantic. My advice to viewers is to not be afraid to fall in love with color!

Steffin & Lyle Walk Down The Aisle

Steffin and Lyle were an absolute joy to plan and design with. I swear there are no other people who love Disney as much as these two, and they are absolutely perfect for one another. Steffin is beyond sweet and Lyle is extremely caring. You could tell that every detail regarding their wedding was going to be perfectly planned out in order to give the two of them their dream wedding. The ceremony took place at Crossings Community Church Chapel and the reception followed at The Petroleum Club. They celebrated in style, and had their first dance to a Disney medley of all the famous disney songs! The entire night was filled with guest dancing to the local band called Replay, and the Photo Booth was packed with guests! Steffin and Lyle got all dolled up again the weekend after their wedding for some “After Wedding Session” pictures which a few are shared at the bottom!

Fun Fact- We had “hidden mickeys” throughout all the small details in the wedding. Let’s see if you can find them!

#marchingtomark

Mark and Shanna had their heart set on doing a destination wedding, and when they contacted me to see if I would fly international, I said “YES!” Sometimes people think a destination wedding is less work, however you are dealing with a whole new group of unknowns. Fortunately, there was a lot of communication going on back and forth and we made their wedding day the best day of their lives. It was a pleasure working with them both to bring their vision to life. Shanna said “Yes to the Dress” at Meg Guess Couture, and she looked stunning in her Katie May gown. Mark and his groomsmen looked absolutely adorable in their suspenders and bow ties. We wanted to do a color palette that wasn’t seen for having a typical “beach wedding.” We stuck to the colors of silver, navy, and light blue. The invitations, programs, and menu cards were designed by Paper N’ More, and the beautiful photos were captured by the talented Sarah Libby Photography. Overall, the friendships I formed with Mark and Shanna will be one that is long-lasting. Cheers to a lifetime of love and laughter for these two!

Let Love Sparkle

Britni and Nasi were married on January 2, 2016 at the Greek Orthodox Church in Oklahoma City. Their reception was at the Oklahoma History Center. With Nasi living out of state, Britni and I worked on designing the wedding of their dreams. It was very important that we incorporated cultural elements from Nasi’s Greek heritage which can be seen through the crown cake toppers that were a mini replicate of the crowns they used to place on their heads during the wedding ceremony to symbolize their unity. Also, we brought in Greek pastries for the dessert bar. We had an amazing band that performed throughout the night as guest danced away. The SNL Photo Booth was a huge hit with their crowd, and one of the biggest surprises for all the guest along with the bride and groom, was that Britni’s father, Kelly, and I had secretly planned for a 45 second firework display to go off during their first dance. Everyone was so shocked and in awe! It was the perfect touch to their wedding! This will definitely be a wedding we will always remember!

Two Become Visone

From the moment I spoke to Dallyn I knew we would have an instant connection. She was fun, sweet, personable, and had a creative mind after my own. We shared so many similar design styles, and we knew that we wanted to create a wedding that would me magical, memorable, and unique. Dallyn and Tyler tied the knot at Crossings Community Church then celebrated in style at The Grand Ballroom inside of Gaillardia Country Club. The flowers were breathtaking, and the room looked stunning! Aisle Be With You will cherish this wedding forever!

Brides of Oklahoma Magazine Shoot

When the Brides of Oklahoma magazine asked us to be a part of the Spring/Summer issue we were very excited to be on board! Our goal with this shoot was to design a lounge setting utilizing several items from Ruby’s Vintage Rentals. The shoot took place outside of The McGranahan Barn. We had beautiful flowers that helped bring in the overall design together for a very soft, romantic, and garden style atmosphere. Oh, and we can’t help but love those adorable cakes that Mishelle Handy made for the shoot!

Meet The Butlers

We began planning the wedding about seven months prior to the wedding date for Cressi and Casey. Cressi wanted a classic wedding with vibrant colors that were incorporated through the floral touches. The two of them said “I Do” at Christ The King Catholic Church, then preceding the ceremony they danced until the end of the night at The Petroleum Club in Downtown OKC. Even though we had thunderstorm warnings, tornado watches, and severe lighting, nothing was going to take the joy away from their special day. Fun Fact about Cressi and Casey: A week prior to their wedding date, they found out they “matched” to do their medical residency in Oklahoma together! #pagingdoctorbutlers

No Ugly Crying Allowed

Marjon and I instantly connected because I could relate to her cultural background. I understood the importance of bringing in the cultural elements into her wedding even though they were not going to do the traditional Persian ceremony. Marjon and Ben got married inside of Crossings Community Church, then celebrated with their family and friends on the 34th floor of the Chase Building at The Petroleum Club. These two were inseparable the entire night, and I don’t think they ever left the dance floor! Thank you for letting Aisle Be With You be a part of your special day! x0x0
